We refinanced our vacation home to get a better interest rate and took cash out to improve our property. Working with Loan Depot was excellent. We had a few bumps along the way but Ted Scheidell and Scott Crotty was excellent in working through these bumps. I am totally satisfied doing business with Ted and Scott at Loan Depot.

My husband and I were finally able to be eligible to refinance our home (due to my self employment and his recent unemployment). My experience with Rick O**** was good, he was on top of everything and ran the process smoothly. The website for uploading documents is excellent. The only negative was that prior to moving forward with Rick, a bunch of Loan Depot agents called me independently (and often repeatedly) with apparently no coordination.

Seeking a refinance with excellent credit. Underwriting took almost 2 months to approve a conventional loan (which is tremendously long). I had to cancel both scheduled loan signing events because they switched closing numbers from disclosure schedules. Over 3 months, I've called both my loan officer and processor 40+ time, and not once (not once) have they ever picked up the phone, or called back within an hour or so.
