Very unprofessional, did not return phone calls took my whole application credit check everything just to be told they couldn’t find my application then said they couldn’t help me after I’ve called for days inquiring About the pending situation
Was supposed to close this morning, 2/8/2020. No show on person and no cal canceling appt. frustrated!!

Loan Depot made refinancing my mortgage very easy, with very little time or effort on my part. They were extremely efficient and helpful, and it was taken care of in a minimal amount of time. I would highly recommend Loan Depot to anyone seeking a new mortgage, or refinancing an existing mortgage.

Dishonest Lender! It took almost 3 months to process the paperwork, which started in Nov 20th, 2019. The scheduled close date is around January 10, 2020 with closing disclosure listed a lender credit of $2000 plus to cover the closing cost, origination fees, etc. They purposely holding up the process by asking irrelevant documents, which I still provide them in same day. Apparently, the original loan officer who prepared the closing disclosure, was on leave, and got replaced by the new loan officer. They keep holding up proc... read more

Product and service good overall; Excellent communication from both Brad and Jenna; not sure if Holiday period was a factor, but i thought the loan took a little longer than expected to fund but still completed in decent time. Only negative was the huge jump in final PMI from estimates previously received. It makes no sense that in 2020, with all the technology available and experience claimed by LoanDepot that a PMI estimate that's closer to the final amount cannot be given to the customer even after appraisal was received.... read more
