Will not communicate. Took 5 months to close. Agents change constantly so who you talk to today wont be there next week potentially. Too many more complaints to keep going. Find a better lender you will thank me.

My experience with the loandepot was like the worst nightmare you could imagine I could not get communication from my originator and apparently he was unaware of several steps in the process which kept delaying my wire transfer I almost lost my earnest money and my dream home I would strongly urge you to look elsewhere this is most likely the largest purchase you will ever make it is important to get somebody who will know each step communicated clearly to you so you will have reasonable expectations this will not happen or ... read more
Appraiser didn't use the comparable homes as comps. He should have use ******* ******* Ave since this unit was the last to be sold. There are four units in this complex and here are the settlement dates for each unit. *** **** *******Ave and ******* *******settled on 2/15/2019. Due to an auto accident and financial hardship, I was one payment behind. I contacted LoanDepot about a repayment plan to which they happily obliged to help. I have been on the repayment plan for three months and should have been caught up already; however, I am now 2 months behind!
