I am not sure this business even knows what customer care is, let alone making service top priority. I thought the loan officer was a decent person, but, turns out he was just a salesman, looking to say whatever to get our business. once the process was started, couldn't get him to give us a call back. Our interaction was tantamount to buying a car at a dealership. He kept us on and off hold one evening until well after 9 p.m., when the call started at 7!

I had a very positive experience. Communication was great throughout the process. I had a very quick close (20 days) and Loan Depot stepped up and processed the loan in double-time. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be so next time I need a mortgage.

I gave them one star because only one person there was a star. No one else there was efficient or did what they were supposed to. I started this loan in October and finished it in February if that tells you something. I did what I was supposed to do immediately after being asked, they dragged their feet. Very hard to reach any of them on the telephone. Supervisors were less helpful then the first people I spoke with, processor was a nightmare.
