I did a refinance with Loandepot and received a 2.75% rate. The process was fairly smooth for working with a non local bank or agency. I appreciate the amazing service from both Katie W***** and Aurash Z******. They were both competent and professional beginning to end.
My wife and I received exceptional customer service from start to finish. w We were very pleased throughout the process. We would highly recommend Loan Depot to our friends with no regret.

If I could give no star I would! For starters they took money out of my account when they were told not to. Then when we decided to go with a different lender Jeff the loan officer was argumentative and very unprofessional he hung up on me multiple times when I asked him to return my $495 to my bank account. I was told by my current lender to email Jeff and ask him to release my file and he emailed me back to say he was adding my email to his junk file. I was happy with the service I received. I was refinancing with them again and they were quick and friendly and easy to work with. I was hoping to get some cash out but when that did not work out they quickly moved me to refinancing at a better rate which was all discussed when we first spoke on the phone. We closed earlier than I expected and the process went very smoothly.
