was misled by loan officer janine abarca that now is costing my wife and I more money because she mis inform us on our escrow check return right up to the final closing I am a Vietnam Vet and I am not happy about this. I asked her to call me on this and she has not done so this I also do not appreciate this. She messed this up real bad therefore I am not happy with Loan depot. ***** *******

Loandepot was extremely helpful! Jessica C**** and he staff were beyond amazing!! They made our home buying experience so quick and easy and enjoyable! She was available anytime we needed her and was always willing to go above and beyond and answered all our questions ASAP! I can not speak highly enough of Jessica and her colleagues, the gentleman they sent out to do our closing was also so very efficient!! Great service and handling of things right up to closing. I had questions about what appears to be overpayment to my former lender and I can't get the Account Executive to return my calls.

Everyone that I dealt with was true to their word and would respond to my requests in a timely manner. We had three companies compete and Loan Depot came out on top. One of the other companies tried telling me that Loan Depot would bait and switch. This was a flat lie. Their quote was very close to the final numbers. I would recommend Loan Depot to anyone.

I feel like I have been totally scammed. I was told it was fine to change homeowners insurance before closing of loan. After it was closed lender did not pay home owners insurance so I called 3 days before due date and was told they would overnight payment. They did not. I PAID my insurance and was told they woul pay and I would be reimbursed. Well i just called and was told they dont pay anything for first 12 months?? What the hell?
