I would like to come later to provide a full review. So far, I can tell about the Closing process. It was very good and up to my expectation. From Start to Finish we spent about a month including the home appraisal. I like the fact that they can send docs for you to sign in advance that are not required to sign at the closing meeting which reduces the signing time with the lawyer. We were recommend by our realtor to LoanDepot to help us with purchasing our first home. We had a phone call, filled out an online pre-qualification, and were excited to put on offer in on a home. We could not do so because we never received a response from our broker.
