I was looking too take out 15,000 it went down to 13,000 490 and change I put up for house inspection for value I was told I would be reimbursed back to my account it was not. I am very unhappy with loandepot !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The individuals I worked with were knowledgeable and thoughtful with the necessary information required to complete the loan process and proceeded to acquire the various paper work from the source so I didn't have to dig through my filed and send it to them. When Creg G gave me his personal cell phone number told me that he was really interested in my business.

Still waiting for signed contracts for refinance from loan depot
The way loanDepot has helped us get out of our previous mortgage which was gouging our pocketbooks. We looked elsewhere before making our decision to get a loan to get us "out of hot water" and strapped tighter than a baby in the carseat. Payoff all debt then payoff loan quickly by paying down principle.
When I first applied for the loan, my loan officer, Kevin N*****, was awesome. He was very thorough, responsive, and helpful to me. I was transferred over to Stephanie L****** and things quickly went downhill. She did not contact me for days and then when I finally got an email, I responded and she did not respond back until I called her days later.
