Bad communication, left me wondering how the process was going, and once everything was green light I felt as the if they stopped caring about me as a new member!!
Had a fantastic experience with Loan Depot. Their staff is knowledgeable, upfront, and made the process extremely easy. From my initial call to closing it was seamless.
Everything went off as planned and very timely. Communication was good; only thing that didn't go as planned was the $ to borrower. The agreed amount was $1170.07; received $818.99 from Loan Depot and $40.21 from Chase as over payment. That leaves $310.87 due from Loan Depot. Rep says they are not allowed in the office due to the Coronavirus and cannot cut a check for the balance.
Wonderful people to work with in every way and we couldn’t have bought our house without their help.
I highly recommend Loan Depot! I worked with Nick H****, and he was super responsive and helpful, and I felt like he was on my side and strived to get me the best interest rate. If we move again, I’m coming straight back here!

Baret Kechian and the rest of the team at the Loan Depot team in Hoboken, NJ were absolutely amazing. We first reached out Baret to get a mortgage pre-approval. We had viewed an apartment but needed a pre-approval before we could put in an offer. We emailed Baret on a Sunday morning and he replied back immediately to let us know what was need from us. My loan processor, Estaban F*****, reassured me when I had concerns and made sure my refinance closed without issues and on time as promised. This was a time when many big banks couldn't keep up with all the refinance loans. LoanDepot gave me a great rate, and I really appreciated that someone came to my house to sign documents (before the pandemic) even though they had an office in a nearby city.
