We have a loan with them. But decided to do a refinance with them. Started in Jan 14th. What a joke. It is now March 26th and now cancelled. I will start. We were approved. Even if you start out with a mortgage that is unconventional and difficult to navigate, LoanDepot will work with you to resolve any regulatory or required document issues. I was throughout the process (although anxious at times) completely satisfied with the professionalism and promptness of replies to questions that the whole team at LoanDepot showed. I refinanced my 30 yr to a 15 yr. Terrible service. It's been 57 days and I still haven't received my Escrow reimbursement. I've made multiple failed attempts with LD to get $4500 they still owe me.

I had a great encounter with Henry from Loan depot for my refinancing need. I got in touch with them through the lending tree and did my initial application. After my application, I started interacting with Henry for my loan needs. I was given a refinance rate and cost associated with it. Nothing wrong till now.
