All went well in dealing with LoanDepot. Everything that they said would happen did without much of a hitch. We ran into a few complications as is expected but all was resolved without much concern. All people that I dealt with were extremely helpful and pleasant in their work involvement. They were quick to satisfy any needs or concerns that I came against.

The process was slow and riddled with mistakes. We had to go through underwriting twice and they requested documents at the last minute including trying to verify employment at 4:30 PM on a Friday afternoon. I would not use Loan Depot again.
