A very dishonest and unorganized company. The worst experience I have ever had attempting to refinance. Their sales people essentially sold us that they could lower our interest rate, and after mounds of paper work and probably 2 weeks of going back and forth by giving them info, hundreds of dollars on an appraisal, this company put our refinance into pending status and then GHOSTED US FOR 3 MONTHS. When I made inquiries about refinancing my mortgage Chase D****** from Loan Depot was the first to respond. I told him I wanted to refinance if I could get a lower rate and take out the cash that I needed to remodel my home and still keep my mortgage payments about the same. To my surprise Chase was able to get me the lower rate along with the cash that I needed and have my monthly mortgage actually go down. He was able to lock in the lower rate and we closed in about four weeks after resolving some glitches in the appraisal... read more

Would not recommend. Started my loan process first week of December and went through 3 different agents / processors and even had to deal with two managers. Agents told their managers I had gone "MIA" when I was the one initiating contact over a 3 week period with the second agent. (I would constantly have to ask if the information I provided was enough and would be told they need something more.) Was recently told they have a decent turnover rate with their agents.
