There is not enough transparency in this process. I did not receive my actual monthly payment and final closing costs until the DAY OF CLOSING. The final amounts were WAY OFF from the initial disclosures and estimates from the previous weeks. How does this happen? How does a loan processor miss the correct property taxes for a home? Nothing was done right from the beginning. What we wanted done was screwed up.The loan officer did what ever she wanted and not what we asked. She said a loan for $76.00 had to be paid and it was not even a loan. It was our monthy fee for our time share which is not a loan.Haven't heard from anyone called twice. Would not recommend you to anyone.

Quality People providing Quality Services... I worked with two other lenders prior to coming to LoanDepot - one of the lenders did not meet my expectations at all and the other was pretty good but Chip and his team @ LoanDepot seemed to go the extra mile to ensure that all of my questions were answered and all of my expectations were addressed. I am very pleased with the final outcome and my wife and I are looking for investment property and looking to do future business with LoanDepot.

The house we wanted was in the middle of a foreclosure and everyone involved worked very hard to make sure that we got the loan and closed before the foreclosure went through.
