I am very please with the way things went during the closure of my refinance, Steve did a great job of keeping me informed as to how things were progressing. I was satisfied enough that I decided to refinance a rental that I have and I am in the process of doing that now with Steve.

I completed two home refi's with LoanDepot (on two separate homes over the span of a few years). Enjoyed my experience with each. The refi agent helped me get the best deal, higher lender credit to offset fees, structured the refi in a way that I thought was most beneficial to me. HORRIBLE. This company is the most unprofessional, non communicating process I've ever encountered. At one point the loan processor informed us that all of the communication she was having to provide was a Wast of her Time. We were unsure on when we were going to close. After trying for weeks to get answers from her she decided to let us know when would be a good time for Her to close the file. Wow is all I can say. Great Company. Great Employees. This was such a smooth process. They made buying my first home so easy. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase.
AVOID Loan Depot at ALL costs! They do not even deserve 1 star! A process that is supposed to take 4-6 weeks max (their words not mine) took almost 3 months. And it was all due to the utter incompetence of their Senior Account Manager II (Pedro S******) that was assigned to my refi loan! Apparently it doesn't take much to be a Senior Account Manager II let alone an Account Manager at Loan Depot because Pedro S****** was completely incompetent. I can honestly say that Christopher and his team made the refinance of my current home such a smooth, hassle and worry free experience from start to finish. Christopher and his team were very quick to respond either via email or by phone whenever I reached out to them.
