Fantastic service and excellent service from Tony D* and Our professor Mo.. these guys made the whole experience simple and easy. We were able to close early since everything went so smooth. I loved that everything was done through the web portal - super easy for us! Definitely our lender of choice and we’ll be back again in the future for sure. During my multi-week saga to complete the disbursement of my loan, I pondered the true reason for the long delay. Was it simply incompetence, or maybe some sort of fraud, or truly that they were really busy. I still don't know the answer, but today they claim to have finished paying on my last loan, and my (late) taxes. If you are closing with *********, your best bet is to tell them that you are using a local title company of your own choosing instead of their in house one (Closing USA). Unfortunately, due to the exceptionally high refinance volume occurring nationwide at the moment, there has been a lag in the timing for funding loans. However, Closing USA has made every effort to address issues caused by delayed funding, including making additional interest payments and addressing any other cash issues that arise. This loan closed on 11/12. There was an error in the payoff due to one of the mortgages not initially identified accurately as a lien. The Harassment started the minute I put my phone number and email into their system; literally. I didn't apply or call them. I've asked them several times, nicely, to remove my number from their call list. 3 calls so far this morning from the same number but different agents. it's only 10AM. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

The high pressure sales coupled with the lack of professionalism is concern for anyone. I've been called lazy, unmotivated and lacking intelligence by a "senior" mortgage representative.
