They sent me an email saying my re-fi funded. The Sr acct mgr, said no november payment and no December payment. Here, the day before thankgiving, they're saying they were inundated and couldnt get the funding on time and I need to make a november payment. Already almost 2 weeks late! Since I was not counting on the payment, I have purchased Christmas already and font have the payment. I just want to cry.

Similar to other experiences shared already, the process was horrible. Very personable up front but once the process starts, communication goes out the window. No returned phone calls, delayed payoff, no insurance premium paid out of closing, and an unprofessional attorney sent to my house. I mean VERY unprofessional. Not only would I NEVER use them again, I would advise others to PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!

As with others who have written a review, it depends on "who" is assigned to your loan. Completing our application with Izumi was wonderful and straight forward. It was at the point that Izumi had to hand it off the the loan processor that things went downhill from there. The loan processor didn't follow up with us within two days as stated in the auto reply email. We had to contact Izumi, customer care, and managers to get our loan underwritten and approved. THE PEOPLE I WORKED WITH TO GET MY LOAN WERE THE MOST PROFESSIONAL I HAVE DEALT WITH. THE LOAN INTEREST RATE AND TERMS WERE DELIVERED AS PROMISED. IN ALL THE EXPERIENCE WITH CHRISTOPHER AND BOBBI MADE THE WHOLE PROCESS MOVE VERY SMOOTHLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND LOAN DEPOT AND THESE TWO INDIVIDUALS TO ANYONE THAT NEEDS A HOME LOAN. I think they are a bad business. I signed the loan forms a week ago. I was supposed to get cash back for a loan I have. By law the money should be in my account 3 days latter, but I got nothing, called and left messages - no call back, no money . NOTHING . I am really pissed at them.
