I'm a notary and perform real estate closings for a living. I see the good and the bad! When it came time to need a home loan, I took an informal survey and asked several people who they used for their home loan and did they have a good experience? I kept getting the same answer. Loan Depot. Our expedience was wonderful. It took about a month start to finish. The only hiccup came from our Title Company. Olga and Sheri were our team and I would and do recommend them every chance I get!

I did my refinance(interest rate deduction) with Shannon C*** and Janette O****, they are the best especially Shannon, because she went out of her way to get the interest rate I wanted. They were so helpful and Shannon was very patient with me even at times when I was upset thinking things wasn't going right for me.
