Incompetent people that do not communicate, you miss closing dates, documents are being reviewed but with same response every day for a week you find nothing has been done. No sense of urgency to do the job. Save yourself from headache and unforeseen additional costs.

Got our loan, and still haven't sent out money...its been over 8 days! No a company I'd do business with again. Very shady company, if you ask me.

I want to let everyone know that my Loan Depot experience was simply top notch! From the day they answered my online request for a refi with cash out with the best rate and closing cost by far (beating my bank and two other lenders) to the day the loan funded, their guidance and customer service were basically perfect. I never had to wait when I needed a response to a question, and all stated goals were nailed on the way to a clean, satisfying finish! Thank you, Shannon and Autumn - you are awesome!

Simply made a HUGE mistake by sending an inquiry. Months later I'm still receiving unwanted calls, despite asking repeatedly to be removed from their database. Stay away, unless being pestered forever is your desire.

I have done many home loans over the years and the last 3 have been with Ali A******* and Loan Depot. He is far and away the best loan person I have EVER worked with in the loan business. Why else would I come back to him twice? He has saved my wife and I literally thousands of $$$$$ over the years we've been dealing with him and I cant tell you enough how he has improved our quality of life.
