I was contacted by Loan Depot after contacting Lending Tree to refinance my mortgage. I went with another lender but continue to get multiple calls every day from Loan Depot even after telling them several times I wasn't interested in their services.

I refinanced my home with LoanDepot twice. The first time went okay but this time, OMG within 30 days they sold my load to a horrible company ******** **** *********. I would have never done business with this ******** **** *********-they have 198 BBB complains, they have a ton of very bad reviews and LoanDepot just hands my load over to them and now I am stuck in a mess-this company has all kinds of hidden charges and fees if you want to pay online the fees vary from $10.00 on up depending on how you want to pay online. Have been working with loan depot a few times on getting a new loan for home and refinancing, my experience with their loan officers have always been great. They offer one of the best rates compare to most of their competitors. They also very good will communicating with their clients and giving them the updates on their loan status.
