Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient employees. My loan was granted quickly and with a minimum amount of effort on my part. Even the closing took place in my home!

They charged my Credit Card for a appraisal service that they didn't perform or didn't provide me with a copy of the appraisal report. This appraisal seems to be done only over the internet and not by visiting the property in question!

Was so easy to work with and kept me updated throughout the escrow process. Trent *****, who was my loan officer, was just a delight to work with. Kept things simple and explained to me certain things I did not understand. Will recommend them to family and friends.

The information I was given prior to closing (what insurance policies they wanted to collect advance escrow money for) although the policies were not up for renewal - was not told to me until after I had accepted the loan. The closer said if I delayed closing I would have HUGE costs at my expense to keep the rate- and I felt pushed into agreeing a date that was not good for me. Very easy to work within all aspects of the loan process. The process is outlined in clear concise steps. The loan agents I dealt with keep me informed and appraised of the loan as the application moved forward. I did a 20 year conventional fixed rate refinance to pull some equity out of my home and pay off high interest rate credit cards. These guys, and ladies, did a great job from beginning to end on my refi.
