From start to finish, the communication of our loan was exceptional. From our sales representative to our loan processor and to the mobile notary, the customer service was more than what we expected. Everything was explained thoroughly and we closed a month earlier than expected. Thank you!

LoanDepot was amazing in my refinance, to be honest I was a little skeptical from some of bad reviews. Bottom line I think if you have great credit and your income isn't affected by the Corona thing. Me and my husband are both retired and good credit so the entire thing was smooth and painless. Our loan officer Sean Arechiga was good and got it done quick.

After connecting with many other lenders, Chris P****** had called me and given me very good rate. And the entire processing was very smooth, he is being very honest and updating me every step of the process. And Ryan M***** joined part of the process, he being very awesome and speed in in terms of processing the application. Over all I had very good impression and gave me fantastic experience till the closure of my loan. I've also referred to few of my friends about LoanDept.

got a good rate and the process took the usual amount of time then the closing went very quickly. I dealt with Erik and Mike, both very professional and replied to questions quickly. Yes, I would recommend them. WOW, I just read some of the negative comments below. I am sure they were being honest but none of that applies to my transactions with them.

I can't thank the team at LoanDepot enough, especially my main point of contact Gary B******. For a first time home buyer he was available at all times for any questions that I might have had; we couldn't have done it without your help. They stood behind a 30 day close, even during a pandemic. The portal was easy to navigate and all the customer service reps were very helpful. Thanks LoanDepot for financing our home.
