Loan Depot contacted me about refinancing, I was very skeptical in the beginning. They explained everything step by step. Their main concern was saving me and my family money, securing our future and helping us reach our financial goals. They stayed in contact with me through the whole process, it felt like I was working with a close team of people.

I quickly and diligently completed all work on my application, and after receiving initial approval to close, I didn't hear from a single person for about 3 weeks, despite numerous phone calls and emails sent. This occurred through the opening weeks of the Covid-19 crisis, so I was willing to give a lot of grace, but to not hear a single word from a company to whom I have given numerous sensitive financial documents is unacceptable. Riham I****** was our lending officer and Melvenus C*** was our loan specialist. It took about the average amount of time to get through the initial process (30 days or so) but both ladies were always available to answer our questions. Once we signed the documents with the notary, things really moved. Our loan was funded 3 days later, and our old mortgage was paid off one day later!! Great job by all concerned

I will never refinance with any other company other than Loan depot. They make a difficult process very easy.
The broker provided straightforward easily understood information in a timely fashion. The online document submission was simple and timely. The loan closed in about 4 weeks from start to finish. I would definitely recommend consideration of LoanDepot for mortgage financing.
My wife and I just refinanced our home with Loan Depot. Our broker and his assistant were both great communicators and the process was seamless. Our rate was even lower than we initially thought it would be. We highly recommend Loan Depot!!
