From the beginning to the end loan depot was exceptional. Kind, courteous, and extremely fast and easy. Honestly, I can't say enough kind words to describe this company. If a message had to be left, I had no worries I would be called back and my question would be answered the same day, and they were, always. Loan depot Process was extremely simple and innovative. Worked with Loan officer Jack Colston and processor Thesalee. They were amaz5. Kept me in the loop the whole time. Their rates were extremely competitive to the point where the mortgage company I was working with Originally couldn't believe the rate they were giving me. The fact that everything is online adds transparency and I'm able to see what they see and all documents are recorded.

The entire process was quick and easy to do. The entire team was professional. They answered questions very quickly, often on the same day, and they made the process smooth. I recommend Loan Depot to anyone who needs a mortgage.
Loan depot was the best in my refinancing process. The numbers from start to finish are very transparent. I was tild my loan will take about 60 days to close but it took 30 days only. I was skeptical at first to go with this company but I just let it ride day by day till I got a notice my loan will be closing. Easy process and very convenient online processing. Thank you Robert and Karla for making it possible.
Though I had not heard of Loan Depot prior to this transaction, I found them to be 1) reliable 2) helpful and 3) honest (the most critical asset in my opinion).

We were supposed to closed the end March. Not sure if the loan officer was familiar with processing a HUD loan with a 203K attached. We had a total of 3 closing dates and finally closed on the 4th try. I believe if they has worked better as a team, it may have went smoothly.

My daughter and I both just refinanced with Loan Depot. We both received a great rate with very low costs. The process was super easy and fast: all done online in a matter of a few days. We waited a few weeks for things to be cleared then on their end, and then a notary came to our house and we signed. Smooth as silk! Gabriella D******* is the best, and i would recommend her and Loan Depot anytime!

I had a great experience with LoanDepot during my refinance. The whole process was super smooth and both my Loan Officer Jerry O****** and Senior Account Manager Michael Y* were very good and knowledgeable.
