The worst service , they started out good but they would not call back or E Mail back. Two months of nothing , they asked for so many things that they had , the title company is is very pore at best. Each week it was something new. When I went to Rocket mortgage then I was getting call from loan depot , rocket mortgage beat there rate all to hell. Loan depot said they can and will beat Rockets rate but they never did call back like they said they would.

The process from start to signing was perfect, when it came time for the signing that is where my husband and I took issue. After working closely with Alicia Gieger and Kathy Baui both knew that when it came time to sign the few documents that needed hard signature we required the Notary to follow health guide lines. After doing a brief internet search for refinance lenders (and choosing a reputable one), Loan Depot somehow got hold of my cell phone number - I did not contact them and did not pursue any business with them. However, I am now receiving robocalls - 59 calls since April 18, sometimes 2 or 3 per day. And they're increasing in frequency. This amounts to harassment at this point. Never do business with a company that robocalls you non-stop without any reason for the contact.

Loan Depot was great to work with. They offered the best deal, financially, which I definitely appreciated. As the real estate purchase progressed, the Loan Depot people that worked with me were helpful and pleasant, sending reminders when needed.

Wonderful experience. The ability to do almost everything electronically made the process so easy. Our rep was very professional and responsive -she-guided us through the entire process. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Terrible experience and I will never refinance with them again and I encourage others to not go through them either. Nobody seemed to know what was going on throughout the entire process and we could never get a straight answer, only excuses as for why things didn’t work like they said it would. After 2 months of going back and forth, we were finally able to close, only for them to continue sending us closing documents way after we met and signed with the closing agency and each form had a different closing amount. I wasn’t expecting everything to go as smoothly (since we started the process during the beginning of Covid-19) as it did. Everyone i worked with exceeded my expectations and made themselves available to discuss my many questions. I would recommend them highly!
