I worked with Sabrina and Jenny on a VA refi. I told Sabrina what I wanted in a loan, she said she would call when she had it, and a week later she called with exactly what I asked for. In less than 3 weeks it was closed. It was incredibly easy, stressless, no BS, and I am a most satisfied customer.
I am Very Happy with Loan Depot, 5 or 6 phone calls and 2 or 3 internet sessions was all it took to get the entire Cash out Re-fi done!
I was able to refinance in a timely manner. The team kept me informed through the entire process.

Their business process and requirements was very reasonable. There was a issue with my previous loan in 2002 regarding title transfer but it was resolved. The processor was too lazy to go back and in records to solve the problem to the underwriters satisfaction so I had to. Not good, but overall the process went pretty well.
