They ran a hard inquiry on my credit when they did not even have to run my credit to start with because According to Jim M***** I did not make enough of my tax returN. The loan process was made easy, stress free, and efficient. As first time home buyers the process of buying a home is terrifying as much as it is exciting, every step of that process was clear and easy as could be with LoanDepot. Electronic signatures, user friendly website and portal, extremely easy to stay in contact with your loan officer, approachable and kind people etc. we never felt pushed aside or talked down to, never felt uneducated or out of the loop. I’ll highly recommend them to anyone I know.

We refinanced out home with LoanDepot as rates were lower than before. This is the second time we have used them. The first time was so simple and the people we worked with were on top of everything as we sailed through the process. This time around was a different story. The culprit was our senior loan officer of all people.
