Refinance process took < 4 weeks (from beginning of application to loan funded)! Excellent customer service and excellent rate.
Chase D****** got me a great rate on my 15-year fixed refi (2.5%). This will help me to pay off my mortgage much quicker before I retire. He was amazing. Scott C***** was the person who processed my loan and he, too, just exceptional. The team of Chase and Scott gave me such amazing service, almost real-time turnaround to any calls or emails I sent and totally resolved everything. Thanks Chase and Scott! The loan processing was slow and unprofessional. Stay away from LoanDepot!. The sales person was helpful in documenting a refinance loan but I was handed off to a second sales person. The loan processing resulted in lengthy, inexcusable delays. The loan processor asked for the wrong information and did not understand some of the documents that I submitted. It took several months at no fault of ours to get through a refinance- we were told to trust the CD and that the charges for the loan would be reversed and would show on the final CD - they were not - their reason was they had to buy down the rate because the loan took so long and it was all their fault and they NEVER disclosed this - the loan ended up costing us $8,000 more than expected. I am a full time Realtor and thought I would give them a try, but now I know to warn my clients to stay clear of Loan Depot!

I enjoyed talking to their very knowledgeable representatives which just happened to be both fellow Marines - Adam C******* and Joey M*****. What really surprised us is that they were available to talk to 7 days a week. The loan documents were seamless without surprises.
