Great customer with my VA mortgage refinancing. Timely response to my questions and courteous, professional service, I would continue to do business with this lender.
When Refinancing a Home it can be difficult. Like everyone, we wanted a better interest rate but also to shorten the term of our loan to pay it off faster. Our Loan Consultant Pete B***** was intelligent, mature, knowledgeable, no pressure guy and was helpful to the end. Plus he saved us money! Also Eddie B******* Account Manager was also awesome and always responds right way. Thanks Loan Depot!
We purchased our first home through Loan Depot Wilmington Ohio office. Our experience was great everything went very smooth. Our loan officer Peggy H*****was the absolute best to work with. She always went above and beyond from day 1 and has checked in with us since we closed. She makes it personal, which is what we wanted, and she exceeded that. Highly recommend Peggy and Loan Depot.
