Loan Depot processed my refinance with very little effort on my part. (Much less than my last refinance.)

I was not familiar with LoanDepot before receiving a call from them in response to the query I put on Bankrate.com. I was skeptical at first that they could deliver but they kept at and gave me a great rate, with low costs to close, and they did a good job of assessing escrow so I don't get hit with a shortage next year. Kevin Luc was really the bomb and I recommend him to anyone. They sent a notary to my house to close on a SATURDAY NIGHT! They got it all done in a month. Really couldn't be happier.
I would recommend Loan Depot, and specifically Scott D*****, to anyone interested in getting the best home refinance terms available. Scott is very professional, informative, and personable. In fact, he became almost like a trusted neighbor!
