We financed our home in late-2018, and our LoanDepot rep contacted us when rates dropped in early 2020. We saved a bundle on our monthly mortgage payments after the no-fees refinancing at an interest rate 1.25 points lower. The process was streamlined and went very smoothly. We have recommended LoanDepot to friends and family and will continue to do so.
Loandepot was great helping my husband and I get our first house. Our advisor was phenomenal and kept us updated daily on the process of our loan. She was great at explaining the details each step of the way. Highly recommend loandepot.

Non Transparent process. I would not recommend anyone to go to loandepot for refinancing your mortgage. My loan with LoanDepot went to funded status but old loan company got the funds 25 days later. I ended up paying for 2 loans for 25 days. Very frustrating. 0 follow ups from them. No call pickup. You will feel Like you are the only interested party in the transaction. I received 0% customer satisfaction. Emotionally and financially a bad decision. Lesson learnt.
