Stay away from LoanDepot. Initial sales was helpful in documenting by phone my finances for a refi. Then xferred to an account manager for further processing. There were inexcusable delays in asking for the wrong info and other zany missteps. My process lasted 3 months, not the quick loan they advertise. After all documents were sent to LD, I double checked my application in my portal. It was FULL of errors -- large errors.
