Always polite and courteous. They are knowledgeable and care about you and your loan. This is my second refi with them and always a pleasure super fast and easy to work with.

I used loanDepot twice and both times everything went well. Second time it seemed like the communication with the Senior account manager was not as good as the first time but the process was very easy. They have some perks if you use them more than once. I have always worked with Matthew H and he's great!
I was very impressed with the process. Interest rate locked within a week of inquiry and loan approved within three weeks. Loan officer helped me through the paperwork, with so much patience. I was informed of every step completed. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for a loan.
