Worst ever mortgage experience. Wrong closing documents. Once pointed out, and agreed, but no action taken yet. Worst of all, lack of responsiveness. No response to emails, voice messages, phone calls.

I was a little bit worried to work with LoanDepot after reading some of the other Google reviews, but they exceeded my expectations at every step in the process. Beware of them not honoring the dollar amount that you sign for in a cash out. Also didn’t pay the full amount of my property taxes that they promised to do. I’m a repeat customer that won’t use them again.

Started a refinance April 25. Got everything in by the 1st of May. Now my score is in the very high 700’s so I know I should not have too hard of a time refinancing. It’s now June 23. I have been in processing to over a month in a half now. I have been asked for the same paperwork numerous times (W-2’s and check stubs). The officer I am involved with now does not even keep in good contact. I was in closing with another company but the rates at loan Depot were better Sou went with them. BIG MISTAKE. Loan depot was beyond amazing at helping us with our new home loan. They made everything so easy to understand and stress free. They made something that was so overwhelming feel like not a big deal and they were one of the best parts of our new home process.
