I had a great experience when I was refinancing back in November. I had Jin T******* as my Lending Officer. She was great and so was Carlee. Fast forward to June and all of a sudden my escrow account is negative by over $4k. The only thing that changed was I moved my insurance carrier (which I should have actually saved money since I got a lower rate) and my property taxes went up by $665. So why in the world did my escrow go NEGATIVE BY $4 THOUSAND DOLLARS? I emailed twice with no response. Called Jin twice with no return. ... read more

Smoothest refinance transaction I have ever experienced! My processor provided constant updates and we were able to close the loan in less than two weeks with very little paperwork provided. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This company has no follow through and just can't get the loan done.... I started a refinance loan with this company on April 13th. It seemed to be going very smoothly with good communication and seemingly kind people. They locked the rate for 1.5 months to get everything finished. Once we got to the underwriting everything stalled out and I just never heard from them any more.
