Do not trust them they are lairs and just want to make a sale. I was told they would not sell the account but sold it anyways and fees were higher than originally discuss the deal was not that great but the push for it to benefit their sale
Wasted 6 weeks of my time. I applied for and was approved for a loan. Throughout this process, my loan officer was only interested in talking to me to get the initial sale. I could not get a call from him nor a call back after I signed my loan disclosure. Before closing, the details of my loan (cash to close) changed SIGNIFICANTLY from what I had previously discussed and signed. Again, could not get a hold of my loan agent nor account manager. Overall process was very poor, first I had Mike A B**** as my loan rep, all was good, then with no notice he is not returning my phone calls or emails, then 3 weeks later I am finally contacted by another loan Rep, Nicholas T******, who to his credit tried to appease me by saying the same ol lines that Mike gave me.
