Do not work with these people!!! LoanDepot is a waste of time. They told me they wanted my business upfront and then sat on my application for over 10 weeks doing NOTHING. Whenever they would get back to me, they would ask for my wife's employer's contact info. This happend on 4 different occasions, claiming this was what was holding up the process.
