Worst company ever. Do NOT contact them!!! On 16 Jul 2020, I filled out an application to refinance my Condo. Mitchell K*** is who I worked with. He told me about the $20.36 for the rate lock and $495 for the appraisal. I was charged for the rate lock immediately, which I expected. He read through everything so fast, it was hard to process what he was saying. I wasn't quite sure about the numbers. My loan was professionally handled with no problem and was handled quickly.
I especially appreciated the rate that I secured for my loan. The expenses for the loan were a Little high but all and all this was a good experience,

Lack of communication, they do not respond to phone calls, all the process in different cities, no communication between employees either. My experience was the worst, unfortunately I would not recommend LoanDepot. Beginning with the appraisal, it is a third party and LoanDepot don’t care how long it takes for the appraisal to send the report. They charge for the appraisal and credit report and a time of closing they charged again, they don’t like to transfer u with a manager.
