I was blown away by how fast the loan closed. There was minimal back and forth on what forms needing to be filled out. Your verification technology was very impressive and definitely sets you apart from your competitors. We appreciate Justin and have worked with him on two occasions now. So glad we were able to lock in a great rate so quickly, then close so quickly with no fuss.

For an unknown reason we started with another company? During that attempt, we went to Loan Depot who was our current lender. We started and finished our refi while the first attempt was still being worked. Honest, realistic, and fair.

I wish I could do negative stars. We are trying to sell our house. We get to the closing date and the buyer is using LDWholesale to do under writing. The day before we close (7/30) we are told no paper work had been sent to the title company. We are told we the paper work would be sent the next day. Nothing. We are told 7/31 that we will 100,000% close on Monday 8/3. No paper work sent. We are told 8/3 that we will close on 8/4. Guess what??? Paper work sent. We called a few different places to refinance with the cash out option. Loan depot was able to work with us to get a rate of 2.5% which is truly incredible! The online site to load documents was so easy to use and took a matter of minutes to find and load the documents needed. When it came time to sign papers, they gave us an evening time with the notary to accommodate our schedules!
