We had a Great Experience. The Loan Depot Team out the Naperville, IL area did a great job. It was a very organized, painless experience. The group we worked with answered any questions we had in a timely manner and the online portal was very easy to use. We will be using them moving forward in our future purchases.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I was about to refi with my credit union in May. I took a call from LoanDepot to review my mortgage since they were my current mortgage company and they said that since I was already a customer, I would save on loan costs. They presented me an offer that did beat my credit union and they said they could use get my appraisal transferred since I already paid $500 to have it done. The most unprofessional loan advisor i have dealt with- Daniel M***** out of the NYC office. This is one of three many nasty communications with this broker. He couldn’t help us because we were doing an investment property, and the loan amount was only 150k. He was kind when we were dealing with a 1 million dollar mortgage though- all my questions were perceived as an argument when i genuinely had questions. Will never recommend this business to anyone. Actually I would like to warn all the borrowers out there to never use loan depot. This is complaint on Bryan P*****, branch manager of the Lisle, IL office. I am a Realtor from CA. My clients, home buyers ***** and *************, found Bryan online. Bryan claimed that Loan Depot offers a special 5% down jumbo physician loan. He persuaded the ******** not to go with the 10% down payment program other banks were offering.
