Stay far away from Loan Depot. They changed the terms on my loan four times each time I esigned. Took 3 months to finally finish and sign the closing documents. Again, thought I was finally done. NO. They changed the terms again and ended up not closing loan. Complete waste time. And they still have not reimbursed my fees. Extremely bad service.
Loan depo provided great service both during and after our refinance.

My loan officers were great in helping us in processing our application. Everything went smoothly from beginning to closing. Amir and Timothy are a good pair to work with.
Amazing company & people to work with. They made the entire closing process smooth and easy. They were unbelievable how quick they made everything happen. I would never use another company and highly recommend them.

Wish I had given more weight to the amt. of recent negative reviews so far in July. By my calculations, over one third (36%) are negative, and I am adding another. When working with my initial contact, Carey, a licensed lending officer, things were wonderful. She was prompt, courteous, and professional in all communication. Unfortunately, when her part was finished, our loan went to Maria, a platinum sr. account manager III, whom I thought, with a title like that, would be equally wonderful. I read a lot of reviews prior to making the final decision to work with loandepot, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how easy the process was. It was stressful and scary, waiting to see if somehow something would throw a wrench into the whole plan, but we closed within the timeframe we were hoping for and can’t really complain about the service as a whole.
