What a great experience we had. Our Mortgage lender Heather R. was such a wonderful lady to work with. Everything was taken care of and we even pushed her hard for a fast closing. She got it done. I think Loan Depot did a great job and would use them again if I needed.

Eric and Charles were very knowledgeable and helpful. The best thing I can say is that if I ever need to finance or refinance a house again, I will use Loan Depot. Easiest financial transaction I have ever been involved with.

This is to advise you that I am reporting negatively to the Better Business Bureau regarding Loan Depot actions. I talked with your company regarding various loan options earlier this month. Loan Depot could not provide me with any option that made financial sense especially at my age of eighty-two. I told your salesperson that it did not work for me. Loan process went well. Service was good by both Nick and Ashley. Approval was straightforward except for being led to believe a full appraisal might not be required. Funding was prompt. Rate and terms promised was delivered.

Loan Depot has absolute terrible customer service. If I could give them zero stars I would. We started the process and signed the initial paperwork to refinance our house back in April and it’s now mid-July and we still haven’t closed. After we signed the paperwork back in April we were ghosted by them— didn’t hear anything from them for 3 weeks— didn’t return our calls, etc. (after we were initially told the entire process would take about 2-3 weeks). We recently refinanced our home with LoanDepot. The entire process was professionally handled and we were pleased with the efficiency of the company. Our loan officer explained each step and was in constant contact, the closing company came to our home and was professional, and the loan closed on time. I have been working with their "amazing" team since May 5th now. I have only spoken to my loan officer a few times as he seems too busy to deal with me. Then they send some husband/wife appraisal team out from a different state that I live in that appraises my house for less then it did less than a year ago and we have made several updates in that time. Let me not forget to mention that the first appraiser they had contact me, wouldn't even give me a date that she was available to come out. So far they have wasted my time AN... read more

This is the 2nd time we refinanced with Loan Depot. Everything was so easy and went so smoothly. They had all our information from last summer, so didn't need to provide them with much new information - recent paycheck stubs, W-2, bank statements, etc. We didn't have to pay anything out of pocket - so it was great. All the people we came in contact with were easy to work with. Would definitely recommend using Loan Depot for refinancing!!!
