Phenomenal loan team. Nathan S***** and Neil S****** were outstanding in expertise, integrity, communication, professionalism, and patience.
Worst loan servicer out there. They did my original loan and gave me an outrageous apr, I then decided to refinance this year. I had several loan servicer options and they(LoanDeport) persuaded me saying I wouldn't have to pay an appraisal and that there would be no out of pocket cost, every other company is not telling you the truth about your home value and blah blah blah. The time it took to get our VA refi, from the day Sarah called me to the payoff of our mortgage, HELOC, and receipt of our excess funds, was barely one month. I have never heard of such a quick refi! There is absolutely NO customer service at all with Loan Depot. I go with Loan Depot for the low rates but don’t depend on customer service or getting quick responses.
Really responsive in all communications. Got me the answers i needed, followed up on all my concerns & made it easy for me to understand the process.
They did everything from start to finish. They kept me informed in every step. It was very easy to get this done. I am saving about 500.00 a month on my Mtg payment. So happy I did this.
Our refi started off pretty good. We were told it would take a month and to continue paying our mortgage. Then we got papers to sign on a secure Loan Depot link. It went well up until we signed final paper work. Then we suddenly received an email from someone we had never heard of. I sent our loan officer an email and asked him if this person was legit.
