Prompt, courteous service. Answered all my questions and got the VA refinance done in less than 30 days.
Incompetent customer service. For 8 weeks I have called and emailed 8 times. They didn't credit my on time payment, which I have emailed them proof of payment 6 times. When I call they treat me like I'm a liar. They claim the slow service is due to Covid-19, be patient. 8 weeks is too patient! They fraudulently reported on my credit report and dropped my score 101 points. They have only returned 1 of 6 emails.
