I have recently refinance my house with LoanDepot, and it was really a smooth experience. The team was really caring and follow up with me step by step... They are professionals and explain to me all the points. From the first call through the appraisal until we finish the paper work... I appreciate their work.
Loandepot is a very disorganized organization. They were recommended by LendingTree but they are very much mistaken. My realtor has been in the business for over 20 years and had never dealt with such an incompetent lender. We almost lost our settlement on our new home because of Loandepot not asking for required documents up front and had to submit to them last minute. Also, their appraisal team is awful!! Do not even consider this company if you don’t live in California

Very simple process. All agents were excellent to work with. They were very informative and extremely helpful in a painless process. Stayed with me through to the end.
Refinancing with Loan Depot was a breeze. From the time of my inquiry to the completion of the loan was hassle free. I got the best rate at that time. Special thanks to Adam Katifi and Joshua Robles, they are awesome. I highly recommend Loan Depot based on my experience

Don’t use loan depot My mom was trying to get a loan depot loan but she had a loan officer John Kim, he was the worse just terrible. No communication rare return call backs she was to close in march and maybe getting closed in May, not with loan depot. But paying more money to get with someone else, If you are thinking an=bout using loan depot then just STOP, get anyone else. It doesn’t get worse then this company. She paid for an appraisal and cant even get a copy to use elsewhere. DONT USE LOAN DEPOT ***

I loved my whole experience with LoanDepot. I was lucky enough to have Raul and Autumn. They helped every step of the way, and always got back with me in a timely manner. My loan closed quickly. I would refinance with them in a heartbeat.

I took over 5 months to refinance a current loan that I have with them and my scores are over 800, and no problems with debt to earnings ratio. They are totally incompetent
