Loandepot personnel were patient, helpful and consistent in the communication. the rate was to my liking - perhaps more to do with the timing. duration of start to close of loan could have been slightly shorter - then again, during covid time, these short delays are understandable. Overall, i am happy with the experience that i had with loandepot this time around.
The team at Loan Depot was the best. Always quick to respond and kept us updated every step of the way. They closed our loan in record time and I would highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed!

Alex and Phil were amazing! Always there to answer questions by phone or email. We closed exactly when we were told we would. In my lifetime I have taken out many loans and loanDepot by far has been the best. Loan Depot told me repeatedly that they would match any offer- guaranteed. Then, I brought them a competitor's offer and they said "no problem, we'll match it." Loan Depot updated their offer and told me they had matched the competitor's. I proceeded to check the details of Loan Depot's new offer and it had an extra $4,500 in extra origination fees, which they slipped in without mentioning.
