From Day 1 on the phone to Day 22 closing in my office it was a very simple and easy process. I'm a Realtor and have plenty of L/O's in my field and I couldn't find anyone willing to agree with me about refinancing my current loan and paying off my equity line. I found that person at loan depot and would do it again. The online communication along with a few phone calls made it flow perfectly. I would highly recommend them.

My lending officer Joe Adsit went above and beyond to help me through the process. We had constant contact well past normal business hours and he was always there. There was not a lot of commission in it for Joe as I was not borrowing a large sum of money, but there he was with due diligence just the same.
I find that LoanDepot has done an admirable job of managing my loan process from start to finish. I thank them for attention to my needs and the care in which the handled all aspects of the loan process.
By far the most efficient and straightforward mortgage provider out there. Very patient and detail oriented. Always kept us in the know on where we were in the process and answered questions when we needed clarifications! We are a return customer with them and if rates get better we would return to them too.
