On a Saturday I was waiting for an appraiser to call to schedule an appointment on a loan I was about to commit to. The phone rang, I picked up and it was a LoanDepot representative, offering to do my loan. I explained to her that my case was very unique and I was turned down by 4 different lenders and finally I found one that would do it, so I don't want to waste anybody's time here, so thank you and have a nice day! For the most part I was satisfied with the process and the loan results. My only complaint was that before we had reached an agreement on the loan Loan Depot contacted my home owners insurance and changed the loss payee from my mortgage company to Loan Depot. This is legal to do, however I thought it was somewhat arrogant of them to proceed this way. I had never had a mortgage company do this so I was surprised. But overall I am satisfied with the outcome

Loan Depot was very easy to work with. My loan was done swiftly and after our initial quote, rates dropped and Brian P*** was able save me even more. Love what they did for me. Recommend them to anyone who needs a loan.
LoanDepot was best for rate, best for pricing and best for closing. I checked several loan companies and LoanDepot had the best rate. Having dealt with purchases and refinancing of homes over the past 50 years, theirs was the best experience. Getting notices along the way to keep me posted on what was happening and what to expect took the anxiety out of the process. I would not hesitate to recommend their serves as a first time borrower or and experienced borrower.

Outstanding outfit! One won't find any loan office better than Chris Topete. He was always respectful, professional, intelligent, very knowledgeable, efficient, resourceful, computer-savvy, friendly and the list goes on. The whole outfit was great!
