Great quick experience. Amazing customer service. Our originator was not pushy and let me make my own mind up. Their offer for refinancing beat all others. The closing company they used was extremely professional and accommodating. Ten out of ten experience!!

Sly talking and fancy wording, broken promises, kid of felt as if they took advantage that we were first time home buyers. Took FOREVER to answer questions during process. Was supposed to have everything ready and funds sent to lawyers the day before closing. It was even their idea of that to speed up the process...still had to wait a couple hours after we closed before they sent funding. Wish we had chose a different preferred lender from our builder. Biggest mistake/regret of the whole process was choosing loan depot.

This was my second loan application with Loan Depot. Four years ago my first experience with Loan Depot exceeded my expectations. My most recent close far exceeded all expectations that I had. Took only 14 days from application to closing. That’s unheard of even with the virus problem. The service and interest rate was much better than any quoted by competitors.
Wow! Loan application to close in only 23 days. This was a refinance of a 9 month old loan. I am very satisfied with my original loan and totally pleased with the process in the refinance at 2.5% interest rate. Great company and very professional!
The only thing is good for this company is the rate is very competitive with other lenders in market now. I have done refinance with different lenders, but this is the most painful process we ever had. First, we had two loans to refinance at the same time. Before we sign the agreement, we have the agent to check on to transfer our appraisal report from another bank (which was done within 90 days) for one ofthe loans. Agree with the other reviews. Stay away if you can. A total lack of transparency, timeliness, and professionalism in their loan closing process! A total and utter lack of professionalism. Not for the faint of heart. Wonderful experience from start to finish! My loan manager, Gladys Pritchard was the best customer service I have ever had. Highly recommend Loan Depot!
