I have been trying to close a refi with Loan Depot since last month. It was an effort to have the loan disclosure documents corrected for errors but after several attempts they finally corrected them to reflect the terms I was promised by the loan officer. I have had 5 scheduled closings which were either no shows, rescheduled by Loan Depot or the attorney did not receive documents in time. Great service. I came with an amazing rate from a competitor and Scott was able to match. After that the process to start the application was simple and fast. Communication was great as well. If I needed to talk with Nicole , she was easy to get ahold of and answer my questions or to let me know what has progressed. The signing was also easy and was done at my house with proper social distancing. I would definitely recommend Loandepot for buying or remortgaging your house!

I was seeking to refinance my home in order to relieve my ex spouse from the mortgage and to have her removed from the title. LoanDepot claimed to be able to provide their services to do so hassle free. Due to the promises made, I proceeded to use their services.
