Very straight forward with what is going on with your loan. They do try to do all they can to make sure you are taken care of and to make sure you are happy. If you do have questions they are usually very responsive. Online app/loan process is pretty easy to use.
The worst customer service on the planet. Gross incompetence at all levels and across all departments. at extra 1/8 off of your mortgage or refi is not worth the hassle of having to deal with them should everything not go EXACTLY as they plan. Total fraud

I was referred by an acquaintance and the process began very easily. About a week into the process, my loan person left the company but I was quickly referred to his boss and reassigned to a new loan officer within hours. Their online process was ridiculously easy to navigate and they stayed in touched with me throughout the process. Anytime I had a question, they were quick to respond via email and telephone. The worst re-finance experience I have ever had. It took 9 months and three appraisals. Poor communication, lack of returned calls and follow up.
Can’t believe it. Everything went well. Got closed loan in a month during rush time. Unexpected low interest rate. Kirk and Robert are very good loan officers.
